RATES
Casa Cleme is rented at $850 weekly for two persons, $1,400 for four.

These all-inclusive rates cover: a set of keys; the use of the apartment, its furnishings and equipment; linens and toiletries; utilities: water, electricity, and heating; local telephone calls; LAN DSL and Wi-Fi broadband internet access; weekly cleaning, and visitors’ tax. Short rentals are possible for a minimum of three days, at $150 daily for two people, $200 for four. Long rentals are welcome, at discount rates to be negotiated.

Guests are provided with a comprehensive information packet including: Rome guidebook and professional map; directions to reach the apartment; detailed insiders’ guide to neighborhood restaurants, shopping and services; pointers to key bus and Metro services; and a list of visitors’ resources. The owner briefs guests before departure, and phones after their arrival to provide any additional information. A local English-speaking Casa Cleme representative is available by phone throughout their stay for information and support, and on request may meet guests on arrival.

Casa Cleme is a no smoking environment. Pets are not allowed.
